Jeffrey D. Herman, founded
the firm of Jeffrey D. Herman & Association, P.C. in 1994 with the firm
focusing on the practice of Personal Injury, Real Estate, Landlord
Tenant, Criminal Law, Traffic Matters, Wills & Trusts, and General
Litigation. He has been in practice for over twenty years during
which time he has successfully handled complex proceedings to settlement
and trial. After graduating from Alfred University with a B.A.,
Mr. Herman received his J.D. from Hofstra University school of law in
June, 1986. He was admitted to practice in the second department
of the State of New York in July of 1987, the Southern District of New
York in September 1987 and in the Eastern District of New York in
October 1987. Mr Herman is also admitted to the New Jersey Bar
and the District of Columbia Bar.
